A woman sells chapullines or roasted grasshoppers in the market at Zaachila, Mexico. Chapulines are grasshoppers that are toasted on a comal griddle with garlic, lime juice and salt containing extract of agave worms. They have been a delicacy in Oaxaca since pre-Hispanic times.
