A vendor selling elotes and esquites on the street in the historic center of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Elotes are corn on the cob which are first boiled, then roasted and garnished with mayonnaise, grated cheese, and chili powder.  Esquites are a street corn soup with much the same garnishes.
