The Reticulated Poison Frog, Ranitomeya ventrimaculata, is a tiny thumbnail-sized frog native to Amazonian Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and Brazil.  Its bright colors, called aposematic coloration warns predators that its skin is poisonous.
